He always explains every procedure thoroughly and is very concerned that patients have the best possible experience. Diana handles each patient with courtesy and kindness. She researches insurances and makes sure that all details of procedures and appointments are communicated to the patients. The hygienists do a fabulous job. They take time to carefully explain the steps of the cleanings and never do anything without the patients' knowledge and permission.
