- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My family's experiences with Dr. Delgiacco and his staff were among the worst experiences we have ever had to endure.. Faced with a terminal illness in our family, they were unresponsive, unhelpful and unkind. We could not even get their cooperation to meet hospice requests or medicare requirements. Sadly Dr. Delgiacco never once returned my call even to find out whether my parent had died. The office personnel were gruff, condescending and cruel whenever I had to call them. The office waiting time was consistently over 45 minutes when we did go in to the office. But, mostly, I was deeply saddened by this complete lack of compassion from people in the field.July 24, 2017by A Smith
