- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If I could rate this 0 stars, I would! My friend (who, by the way is a vet tech) called since her chicken seems to have some necrotic tissue on her head. Well one of the vet techs (a woman, not sure what her name was) came on the phone and was right away absolutely rude and disrespectful. She just needed to know what is safe to use on her chicken temporarily (NOT looking for a prescription over the phone) and she was told that was illegal and she "should know better that we can't give prescriptions over the phone since you're a vet tech". That was absolutely unnecessary and disrespectful and I am disappointed in how she was treated as a potential client.September 09, 2017by Samantha Ambuhl
