- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been going here since my son was an infant and yesterday was the last straw. I saw a provider on Tuesday. Wednesday I called the phone nurse with questions. I was promised TWICE that a Dr would return my call. Come to find out, the first phone nurse left my message with a provider who wasn't even in the office. The second nurse, upon discovering the error of the first nurse, promised me a call back, which I did not get. I had been told to give my son a clear liquid diet and he had been on it for 24 hours and was starving, so kind of an important question. Ended up having to take my five year old to urgent care at 7:30 at night since I waited until 7 when the practice closed. I also tried calling at 6:45 but apparently they stop answering the phones prior to closing. Please find a practice that cares about the patients.February 27, 2017by Candace Below
