- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Office staff was rude and made a mistake with scheduling. I live in Saratoga and drove down to Albany only to be turned away after taking a half day off from work. The PA was not helpful. She was rude an not sympathetic to my rare issue or assisting me finding alternative avenues to dealing with chronic pain. They only offered an implant in the spinal column after only trying one injection. The PA also refused to see me the day the office staff made a mistake with scheduling. The Department of Neurology at Albany Medical Center has been amazing and works hard with patients to alleviate pain and schedules patients on an immediate basis. This happened over a year and a half ago and I still can't forget how I was treated.November 03, 2017by Terry Onofrio
